Twist the 5-over-5 Applicator to unlock. Squeeze the tube and apply a pea-sized

A must-have for summer!

Chafe is something I’ve struggled a lot with in recent years. I usually get it on my inner thighs during summer when I’m wearing clothes that expose my skin, like jean shorts or bathing suits. Even after walking for only a short time in the heat, the rubbing would cause me extremely painful irritation and make it really hard for me to walk. When it would get bad, I would end up with a rash of red bumps on my inner thighs and excruciating pain at even the slightest contact. Last summer, I would get so frustrated because I couldn’t even go for a walk with family or friends without ending up on the verge of tears. Honestly, I’ve always been a bit embarrassed about it because, to deal with the pain, I would end up walking a little weird so my legs wouldn’t touch or wearing longer pants despite the heat. Until now, I haven’t come across anything designed to help with chafe. I didn’t even know there was anything out there to remedy this problem and thought it was just something I would have to deal with on my own. However, this all changed when I tried Kaia Naturals’ The Chafe Relief during my trip to Italy this summer, and it truly saved me!
