The longer the pigmentation has been present, the longer it will take to see significant improvement. Customers have reported seeing initial results within the first couple weeks, with more significant results within 4-6 weeks.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a result of irritation. Brightening treatments will be unsuccessful until underlying cause of inflammation has been addressed. 

We recommend implementing the following tips: 

  • Shaving is the #1 cause due to irritation. Use a shave oil, shave at night and don’t apply anything to the area for 12-24 hours following shaving. 
  • Avoid irritating underarm products that contain ingredients such as baking soda, aluminum or high levels of fragrance 
  • Reduce chafing and friction in affected area, including chafing from tight, non-breathable clothing materials 

Yes! It is fragrance free making it safe for all over the body and especially those sensitive areas.

Apply daily to affected areas, morning and night. Wait at minimum of 4 hours to apply following shaving or hair removal. Follow with SPF/UV protection if areas will be exposed to the sun. 

PRO TIP: For additional exfoliation and to help reduce the occurrence of ingrown hairs, use the ingrown bar 1-2 times per week or prior to shaving and hair removal.

Hi Again Jose Pigmentation is more about consistency and using gentle acids and azelic acid is very gentle and often recommend for sensitive skin but everyone has sensitivity and you must have had one with our products. I am so sorry we are happy to refund your money

Good but not great for the price

The product is good at what it claims to do but you have to be pretty regular in your use. I mean day and night. However, it runs out fast and calcifies on the roller's edges which gives you a grainy product. Not sure I want to invest in it again, especially given the high price.

I genuinely like this product - so far I've used it about 3 times and it has truly helped brighten like it says it does. It's nice and moisturizing, and I've been able to see much progress with the places I've used it. I get TERRIBLE razor burn whenever I shave, but after I used this, I noticed that my skin calmed down and I didn't get as many new spots as I usually do. I think it also helps to use a clean razor. I used this product after drying off - I would recommend doing this NOT when the skin is wet, so it can fully absorb. I used this at night during my showers. #freeproduct
