step 1: the underarm bar 
Use the underarm bar in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit on the underarms for a while before rinsing off.  

Step 2: the charcoal deodorant 
Apply a generous application of deodorant to clean, dry underarms daily. The charcoal deodorant is 2nd step of the routine. If you experience excess sweat, we recommend our 3-step hygiene routine that includes the sweat powder to absorb excess moisture. 

Step 3: the sweat powder spray 
To set your deodorant with the spray powder, it is best to apply a generous amount before you get dressed, focusing on the areas where you sweat the most... If you have excess sweat in the underarm area, apply the powder there after using a generous amount of deodorant. You can use the powder throughout the day if you are sweating or notice odor. 

The sweat powder is intended for use during the day when you are sweating; never apply deodorant over a sweaty underarm, use the sweat powder instead as it will adhere to the moisture and manage the odor... You can also use the sweat powder in the breast area—spray it directly into the skin folds  to prevent moisture buildup, which can cause odor or rashes.
