In - Shower Treatment:

the ingrown bar 5oz:
Formulated with tea tree oil to disinfect sweaty areas, as well as salicylic acid and volcanic ash to exfoliate around hair follicle. The bar is easy to use and is also perfect as a daily wash for the groin as there is no fragrance, and it keeps the area free of odor and helps to eliminate red bumps from ingrown.

Post Shower Treatment:

the bikini bright milk 50ml:
This 4-in-1 natural, gentle, milky treatment helps brighten the appearance of dark spot pigmentation, helps soothe irritation, reduce odor and redness to help manage ingrown hairs. 1% alpha arbutin helps brighten and even skin tone (a safe alternative to hydroquinone) 10% azelaic acid helps to brighten and calm redness, while managing folliculitis (inflamed hair follicles) 1% Canadian Willowherb™, one of the first plants to bloom after forest fires, traditionally used by Native communities it soothes burns and itchiness.

Step 1: the ingrown bar
Wet skin and massage bar for 30 seconds directly onto areas prone to ingrown hairs and clogged pores before rinsing. Note this bar can be used daily to help manage groin sweat and odor as well as ingrown hairs.

Use 1-2 times per week and prior to hair removal treatment to manage ingrown hairs and disinfect the area.

Step 2: the bikini bright
Shake well before use. Apply daily to affected areas, morning and night.

Each case is different and the longer the pigmentation has been present, the longer it will take to see significant improvement. For this reason we cannot provide a specific brightening timeline that will apply to everyone.

The best way to track progress is to take a picture before beginning treatment, then progress pictures every 1 to 2 weeks.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a result of irritation. Brightening treatments will be unsuccessful until underlying cause of inflammation has been addressed.

We recommend implementing the following tips:

Shaving is the #1 cause due to irritation. Use a shave oil, shave at night and don’t apply anything to the area immediately following shaving.
Avoid using irritating products that contain fragrance in the bikini area
Reduce chafing and friction in affected area, including chafing from tight, non-breathable clothing materials

Yes! It is fragrance free making it safe for all over the body and especially those sensitive areas.

Apply daily to affected areas, morning and night. Wait at minimum of 4 hours to apply following shaving or hair removal. Follow with SPF/UV protection if areas will be exposed to the sun.

The ingrown bar was formulated as a treatment bar for ingrown hairs in sensitive areas such as the underarms and bikini line. To avoid skin irritations in these delicate areas, it was formulated without fragrance so the scent you are smelling is the natural scent of the bar and the active ingredients (tea tree oil). It’s stinky, but it works!

Since the bar has both physical exfoliants as well as natural salicylic acid to treat and prevent ingrown hairs, it’s best to use the bar directly on the affected area. Gently massage for 30 seconds then rinse off.

Since this bar is meant to be used on delicate and sensitive areas of the body, it was not formulated with harsh scrubs that are typically found in body exfoliators. These harsh scrubs can cause further damage by compromising the skin barrier causing irritation that leads to infection and hyperpigmentation.

The ingrown bar has two types of gentle yet effective exfoliants:

a physical exfoliant (microexfoliating volcanic sand) which is the gentle scrubbing you will feel
a naturally chemical exfoliant (salicylic acid) which penetrates the pores and unclogs them to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs

The new natural antibacterial soap can last anywhere from 4-6 months. Remember, it is a natural soap so it should not be left sitting in water. When you’re done showering with the underarm bar, hang it in your shower and let it dry.

You can store the ingrown bar on anysoap dish, or shower rack. If possible, you should store it outside the shower to keep it away from moisture and allow it to dry between uses.

Hi Again Jose Pigmentation is more about consistency and using gentle acids and azelic acid is very gentle and often recommend for sensitive skin but everyone has sensitivity and you must have had one with our products. I am so sorry we are happy to refund your money

Good but not great for the price

The product is good at what it claims to do but you have to be pretty regular in your use. I mean day and night. However, it runs out fast and calcifies on the roller's edges which gives you a grainy product. Not sure I want to invest in it again, especially given the high price.

It's nice and moisturizing, and I've been able to see much progress with the places I've used it. I get TERRIBLE razor burn whenever I shave, but after I used this, I noticed that my skin calmed down and I didn't get as many new spots as I usually do. I think it also helps to use a clean razor.
